What Does This Program Include?
This is a dance-at-home program that includes pre-recorded content and is designed so that you can go at your own pace.  It's a total beginner's mini course for honing in the basics in four dances.  We start from scratch without assuming any previous dance experience.

What Type of Dances Do We Learn?
The Fab Four Dance Experience goes over the basics in four fabulous dances, including Rumba, Tango, Hustle and Bachata.  These dances give the beginner great exposure to new movement in the body.  The key is to develop "muscle memory" so that dancing can start to feel natural sooner than later. 

Why these four dances? Firstly, because you don't want to be a one-trick-pony.  The more moves you learn in different dances, the quicker you will get coordinated, as you will expand your vocabulary for movement and your familiarity with new ranges of motion. 

Secondly, variety is the spice of life!  Each dance provides a unique experience. You've got a slow, romantic dance (Rumba), a passionate, dramatic dance (Tango), a fast, disco dance (Hustle), and a sexy, sensual dance (Bachata).  It's a great assortment to experience and try on for size, especially if you are a complete and total beginner, and have no idea what you're doing.

How Much Space Will I Need?
This program was designed so that couples could dance in their living rooms, so in short, not a lot of room is necessary.  However, moving furniture is not a bad idea to keep the area safe from a misstep.

All of the dances can be danced intimately, especially Rumba and Bachata. The Hustle has a little more movement, so a little more space for it couldn't hurt, and the Tango can be danced in the hall if need be, as it is the only one that travels and moves across the floor.
How Much Time Will This Take?
This dance experience is designed to be "go-at-your-own pace".  Since everyone has a different ability and different schedule, the program was crafted in such a way that you can take a few dance "date nights" do this, or you can go hardcore and take a weekend trying out all of the dances.

You will have lifetime access, so there is no pressure.  The videos are short and to the point (averaging a few minutes each), and that is for ONE reason... to keep it fun and NOT time consuming!
